What our students are saying about NPBC?
A student has shared how her experience with one of our courses here at NPBC has impacted her:
I have enjoyed the class on the book of Jeremiah. Studying Jeremiah has shown me just how patient, merciful, and just the Lord is in his dealings with His chosen people. The region of Judah was warned over and over again, through the prophet Jeremiah, that the people were going to be punished for their sinful behavior in worshiping other gods. In the first chapter, the book of Jeremiah explains that God was going to, “root out and to pull down, to destroy and to throw down, to build and to plant” (Jeremiah 1:10). The Lord thought it necessary to tear down Judah and discipline the people in order for the land of to be cleansed of its sins and make it ready for God to rebuild it again. In chapters 31 through 34, Judah was promised that God was going to make a New Covenant.

We also have some insight from an attendee of our Urban Center for Women's Ministry's events:
I have really enjoyed attending the different workshops offered through the Center for Women's Ministry. Each workshop has encouraged me to reach toward my goals, explained the importance of having a balanced life, while enhancing my relationship with Christ. Each facilitator that is chosen to speak, comes with a plethora of knowledge concerning the topic while applying biblical truths to the presentation.
