BS, Portland State University MMin, Trinity College of the Bible and Theological Seminary DMin, Bakke Graduate University Prior to joining NPBC’s staff, Earnestine worked in banking and insurance. In 2000, she became NPBC’s Vice President of Academic Affairs, and President in 2015. She currently serves on the board of directors for the Emmanuel Christian Academy and Mission ConneXion Northwest. She enjoys gardening, walking, and visiting antique shops. earnestinec@npbc.education

AA, College of Sequoias AS, Portland Community College ACM, North Portland Bible College BA, Multnomah University Samuel has served on the NPBC board of directors since 2014. He spent twenty years in the United States Air Force, and currently serves as the Youth Pastor at New Hope Missionary Baptist Church, and as the Union District Association Nursing Home Director. He has three children, and loves fishing, boating, biking, walks on the beach, and reading the Word of God.

AA Clark College BA Washington State University AA North Portland Bible College Faye has served on the board of directors since 2019 as secretary. She retired from Washington State Department of Transportation in 2005. She attends Summit View Church in Vancouver. She enjoys quilting, traveling, genealogy, and spending time with family.
