No longer operating as North Portland Bible College, we are currently under construction as we transform and develop new services as
PORTLAND CHRISTIAN NETWORK SERVICES (PCNS).
Building relationships while serving others.
Portland Christian Network Services (PCNS), an Oregon non-profit, exists to continue the Christian service legacy of North Portland Bible College (NPBC) with a generosity of hope for present and future generations.
Portland Christian Network Services (PCNS) exist to provide training, matching grants and to engage in partnerships with other Christian non-profits to strengthen and to enhance practical applications of biblical principles for present and future generations.
The mission involves equipping Christian servant leaders for ministries within and through the churches of the community, servant leaders in the marketplace and the social service agencies of the community.
Portland Christian Network Services believes that genuine transformation, whether of individuals or communities, is empowered by the truths revealed in God’s Word, the Bible.
Portland Christian Network Services, formerly known as North Portland Bible College, is excited to announce a partnership with Portland Rescue Mission.
We have visited all three Portland Rescue Mission program locations and have learned so much about all the work they are doing. We are excited to invite you to join us as we care for our most vulnerable neighbors who desperately need our help.
Portland Christian Network Services has committed to a sponsorship program called "Own the Day". We will cover the cost of meals served to people suffering from homelessness for one full day, but we believe we can cover more than one day of meals with your help!
We are inviting you to make a donation to Portland Rescue Mission and when you do - we will match your donation up to $1,881.00 when received by August 31, 2023.
Ways to donate: Visit www.portlandrescuemission.org/pcns
or mail a check to:

Please write "PCNS-Own the Day" in the memo line.
A nutritious meal is the first step to a second chance and provides Portland Rescue Mission an opportunity to get to know the names of their guests and invite them into programs where they can receive the support and services needed for a safe transition off the street and into stability and self-sufficiency.
Portland Rescue Mission serves up to 900 meals each day, 365 days a year - we will “Own The Day” with a donation of $1,881, and when we give together, even more people can find the help they need.
Christ our example,
